Resident Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (ROSS)

The ROSS Program is designed to assist public housing residents make progress towards economic independence and stability or self-sufficiency.  Individuals register to work with a Service Coordinator who evaluates the needs of each family then creates an individualized plan to connect the family to necessary services.  Areas of focus include employment, education, and health and wellness.
