Our Mission & Vision

We develop and provide affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families and to assist low income residents with safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing; encourage active resident participation, and provide opportunities for self-improvement which may enhance the residents’ self-confidence and economic self-sufficiency. 

 

We shall operate in an effective, ethical and professional manner, and will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies to accomplish this mission.

VHA operates Monday-Friday 7:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.

VHA is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30am-4:00pm.

Rent Payments can be submitted the following ways:

All Emergency Work Orders must be called in at 217-444-3126

VHA will still receive annual and interim documentation via drop box (if available), mail, fax, or e-mail. Interim changes can be submitted through our website at www.vermilionhousing.com. Public Housing residents and HCV program participants may still contact staff via telephone and/or e-mail for assistance.
